These General Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of the Drift Bonaire website, purchasers of tickets and merchandise, and visitors attending events organised by Drift Bonaire.
By purchasing a ticket, placing an order or attending a Drift event, you agree to these terms.
01 Drift Bonaire
Drift Bonaire organises events on Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands.

02 Tickets
Tickets are sold through Drift Bonaire's official website and/or authorised ticketing partners such as Weeztix.
A ticket is valid only for the event, date and ticket category stated on the ticket.
Each ticket and QR code may only be used once. Visitors are responsible for keeping their tickets and QR codes secure.
Drift Bonaire is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties or for tickets that have been copied, shared or fraudulently resold.
03 Age Requirement
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all Drift Bonaire events are 18+.
Visitors must be able to present valid identification upon request.
Visitors who cannot prove that they meet the minimum age requirement may be refused entry without a refund.
04 Admission
A valid ticket does not guarantee unconditional access to an event.
Drift Bonaire and its security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who:
- behave aggressively, dangerously or inappropriately;
- are excessively intoxicated;
- possess weapons, illegal substances or dangerous objects;
- harass other visitors, artists or staff;
- damage property;
- refuse to follow reasonable instructions from staff or security;
- otherwise create a safety or security risk.
Visitors refused entry or removed due to their own behaviour are not entitled to a refund.
05 Event Changes
Event dates, locations, opening hours, artists, line-ups and timetables may be subject to change.
Changes to an artist, performance time or line-up do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Drift Bonaire will communicate significant event changes through its official communication channels where reasonably possible.
06 Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the new event date.
If an event is cancelled entirely, Drift Bonaire will communicate the available refund procedure to ticket holders.
Any refund will normally be processed through the original payment method or ticketing provider.
Travel, accommodation or other personal expenses are not reimbursed by Drift Bonaire.
07 Force Majeure
Drift Bonaire may postpone, relocate, modify, interrupt or cancel an event due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This may include extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, power failures, emergencies, venue-related issues or other circumstances that make it impossible or unsafe to organise the event as planned.
08 Security
Visitors may be subject to reasonable security checks before entering an event.
Security personnel may inspect bags and other belongings where reasonably necessary for safety.
Visitors who refuse to cooperate with security procedures may be refused entry.
Weapons, explosives, fireworks, illegal substances and other dangerous items are prohibited.
09 Alcohol
Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed in accordance with applicable laws and event rules.
Drift Bonaire and its hospitality partners reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where necessary for safety or responsible service.
Visitors remain responsible for their own behaviour and alcohol consumption.
10 Photography & Video
Photography and video recordings may be made during Drift Bonaire events.
By attending an event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in general event photography or video footage.
This content may be used by Drift Bonaire for social media, websites, aftermovies, advertising and other promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
Visitors with concerns regarding identifiable promotional material may contact Drift Bonaire.
11 Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
Drift Bonaire is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12 Liability
Visitors attend Drift Bonaire events at their own ordinary risk.
Drift Bonaire is not liable for indirect losses, personal expenses or damage resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13 Damage
Visitors may be held financially responsible for damage they cause to the venue, equipment, property or belongings of Drift Bonaire, its partners or third parties.
14 Merchandise & Pre-Orders
Products and merchandise displayed on the Drift Bonaire website are subject to availability.
For pre-order products, estimated availability or collection dates may change.
Product colours, prints and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital mock-ups.
If merchandise includes an event ticket, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Event tickets included with merchandise are also subject to the ticket and admission conditions stated in these Terms & Conditions.
15 Website
Drift Bonaire makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the website is accurate.
However, prices, event information, line-ups, availability and other information may change.
Drift Bonaire does not guarantee that its website, payment systems or third-party integrations will always be available without interruption or errors.
16 Intellectual Property
The Drift Bonaire name, Drift.3 branding, logos, artwork, photographs, videos, designs and other original materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
17 Privacy
Personal information may be processed when visitors purchase tickets, order merchandise, contact Drift Bonaire or use the website.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the Drift Bonaire Privacy Policy.
Third-party services such as ticketing and payment providers may process personal information under their own terms and privacy policies.
18 Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
19 Changes to These Terms
Drift Bonaire may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The most recent version will always be published on the Drift Bonaire website.
